Inspect the integrity of your chimney and determine whether it meets current safety standards. We inspect both the interior and exterior for any damage, deterioration, buildup or obstructions.

FIREPLACE DAMPERS

Allows gases & other byproducts from a fireplace to be safely vented from the building.  Also prevents air from escaping the building when the fireplace is not in use.

CERTIFICATIONS

NJ requires a chimney certification for replacement of a hot water heater, furnace, boiler or transfer of ownership.  The inspection shall include verification that the flue or flues being inspected are free of combustible deposits and blockage or obstruction.

RELINE

When the flue liner in a chimney has softened, cracked or otherwise deteriorated so that it no longer has the continued ability to contain the products of combustion (i.e., heat, moisture, creosote and flue gases), the liner needs to be removed & replaced, repairs or reline.

CAPS

Keeps the rain & snow out which helps prevent deterioration of your chimney and also keeps out animals.
